Hi, I'm Dr. Elizabeth A. Goodwin, and I'm glad you're here. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my professional background and approach to therapy. It is my belief and experience that you will get more out of your life if you are willing to change. Change is spurred by a feeling that something just isn't quite right, that something could be better, that there's an issue you want to resolve. Therapy is an important step in discovering the world around you and finding your place in it.
